What is Fourth State Guided Meditations?

A free library of short guided meditations led by Bailey Guilloud, from a 3-minute breathing reset to a 16-minute meditation. Each practice has its own page with a summary, how to use it and answers to common questions.

Who leads the meditations?

Bailey Guilloud, founder of The Fourth State.

Are the meditations free?

Yes. All of them are available on the Fourth State Meditations YouTube channel.

Which meditation should I start with?

If you have three minutes, try the Morning Gratitude Meditation or the Breathing Reset. If you have around seven, try the 5 Breath Grounding Meditation. If you have sixteen, choose the Nervous System Reset or the I Am Magnetic Manifestation Meditation.

Do I need meditation experience?

No. Every practice is guided, and the breath counts can be shortened if they feel uncomfortable.

Is this medical treatment or therapy?

No. These meditations are for relaxation and personal development and are not a substitute for professional care.

Can I listen while driving?

No. Practice somewhere you can safely close your eyes and relax.

Where else can I find Bailey's work?

On the Fourth State podcast on Spotify, on Instagram, and at fourthstate.net, where you can also learn about working with Bailey one to one.
